The staff were very helpful. Reception staff, leisure center staff, restaurant staff, and breakfast staff were personable and caring (especially with my children). It. The breakfast options are abundant, setting everyone up well for the day.

The family room provided ample space for a family of four. A fan was available in the room, and the windows opened, giving options for some temperature control.

I found two comfortable double beds with plenty of pillows in the room which was fantastic! Breakfast had a great selection with attentive staff and very cute service. The meal at McGettigans had lovely staff and very quick service. It was great!
The sofa in my room could use a small update. It was slightly worn.

The room included many TV channels and a workstation for online meetings. Cleaning staff were also super friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The bed offered great orthopaedic support and ensured a restful sleep.

The staff was great and very accommodating. Everyone was very cute! Staff in the bar are lively and friendly. Breakfast service included no rush for the table, a nice change from other hotels.

The breakfast provided a great selection of foods, cakes, and pastries for everyone! I enjoyed a massage in the salon, and treatments were reasonably priced. The pool was great and really well maintained, which I appreciated!

the staff proved lovely and always eager to assist. i enjoyed the lively atmosphere within the bar and the friendly service. i indulged in several good treatments from anna and found them quite reasonably priced.
The shower tiles did not appear clean. This distracted from the overall bathroom experience.

The bar service was slow. i asked for some water with my meal and it never arrived (even after asking again). the leisure centre was also quite busy. I had to wait a while to use the sauna and the steam room.

The food was good and priced reasonably. I also got to use the swimming pool. It was nice. Breakfast was also good, and it had a varied selection..
The bedrooms are dull and dated, though they are clean. I was traveling with family members with disabilities. We had an over-bath shower, but there was no fridge in the bedroom.
